The Royal Ascot is a five-day event tagged as “Britain’s most valuable race meeting, attracting many of the world’s finest racehorses to compete for millions of pounds in prize money.”
As usual, the ladies always try to steal the attention from the horses and when it came to their hats, no colour of the rainbow was spared. The race has its dress codes which are strict and forbids revealing the skin on certain parts of the body and wearing a hat is a must.
Some of the ladies like the Duchess, Kate Middleton opted for understated headpieces while others were not here to play. From lavish wide-brimmed hats to sculptural toppers, flowers to feathers, simple to avant-garde and more. Hat artistry was at its best at the Royal Ascot and we are here for it!
