EAT HIGH PROTEIN


Protein is a vital nutrient needed for weight control. Hence, if you are trying to shed some extra pounds around your waist, you should include more of high protein foods such as fish, lean meat and beans in your diet.

REDUCE YOUR ALCOHOL INTAKE!

Examples of such exercises include: taking a walk in the neighbourhood or increasing your energy in your swimming sessions. Here is a lucid explanation: when exercising, for the first 9 minutes, give it 90-100% on minute 10, then, you switch back to normal exercise for the next 9 minutes and back up for one more minute before cooling down and stretching.
