Every productive being will or might wish to extend the 24hours we have in a day by an extra hour or more, if only it is permissible. As human our life is based on an irreversible continuity which ends at the seize of breath but time is endless.
It is the indefinite continued progress of existence and events that occurs in an apparently irreversible succession from past, through present, into the future.
To me, it means, buying yourself a space to occupy it usefully. The more time you have, the more money you can make, which can be applied to everyone’s professional and personal lives.
How do you make more time? Do you think you can win over time and earn it productivity? What are the possible means? Well, what it comes down to is proper time management. This is a major factor in what makes you more effective and more productive than a lot of your peers at work. You can simply get more done than they can with the same amount of time.
THREE TIPS TO BASIC TENETS OF TIME MANAGEMENT.
1. ELIMINATE THE UNNECESSARY
Ditching out the “unnecessary” in life goes a long way in making you more productive either professionally or personally lives, anything that prevents you from reaching your particular goal is considered unnecessary. You need to have a firm distinct line between the necessary and unnecessary in your life. If your goal is to respond to your chats, then don’t spend 45minutes on Facebook, if you have a deadline to meet, don’t spend time on unnecessary phone calls.
Plan your work dutifully and let every of your move be intentionally planned. The stricter you define these term, the moment you realize there are truly a lot of unnecessary things in life.
2. MAINTAIN A TO-DO LIST
Keep an accurate list and cross tasks off as you complete them, you have to be prepared for your day activities not when it is required of you. Create your list at the end of each day, it will help you attack the task as soon as you start a new day and accomplish them.
3. KNOW HOW TO SAY NO
You may hate to disappoint people, but for your own productivity, learn how to say “no” to people. It isn’t always the greatest feeling, but it is impossible to appease everyone. If you said “yes” to everyone and every request you would have no time to do what you need to accomplish.
